The Future of Philippine Valuation

The Future of Philippine Valuation

Aviso Valuation and Advisory Corporation and AltitudeX Aerial Solutions, Inc. officially entered a partnership and signed the Memorandum of Agreement last April 26, 2017 at Launchgarage Innovation Hub in Circulo Verde, Quezon City. In this partnership, Altitude X will be Aviso’s exclusive drone services provider.

AltitudeX, is a 100% Filipino-owned technology start-up consisting of a roster of highly-skilled CAAP licensed drone pilots, geodetic engineers and computer scientists.  They tailor their services based on the specific needs of each and every client, making sure they are able to provide their request with the promise of reliability and extreme precision.

They offer services catering to the real estate industry like aerial mapping that produce aerial maps of your property in a timeframe once impossible with traditional surveying methods – and a fraction of the cost. Through post-processing, they are also able to produce 3D models of your property and optionally provide analysis and detailed orthomosaics.

Small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), or drones, are slowly becoming a more common sight, and many professionals in the real estate industry in the U.S. are using these devices to revolutionize the sector. Real estate appraisers in the Philippines are no exception.

Aviso aims to be one of the leading companies in the industry by being a technology-driven company. Drones provide unique perspectives on properties, giving appraisers more information to use for a more credible and expansive appraisal report.

Aviso believes that their clients deserve to have more options in how they want their properties to be appraised. Aside from providing drone photography, they also offer the Geographic Asset Management System (GAMS) and the Aviso Mobile Application.

GAMS is a cloud-based proprietary software used for property, data, and asset management developed under Aviso’s usage. It is designed to maximize and enhance data management efficiently. This cloud-based system enables its users to store pertinent information or files on a map, relative to the position of the asset. The user can view all the mapped assets, download relative information needed and filter results to the users’ preference.

Meanwhile, the Aviso mobile application, currently being developed by GDS Link Asia, although yet to be launched is a more efficient and easier way of making an appraisal report. This app can be a platform that can change the appraisal industry in the Philippines. It is a tool that helps real estate appraisers to make an appraisal report by automation in using only the mobile app. No more using MS Word in writing the report, plotting land titles in AutoCAD and many more. You just put the complete details of the property to the app and the app will do the rest. As of the moment, it will be readily available for android-users only. Just standby for additional and in-depth details when the app is officially launched.

There has been a growing demand in the real estate market in the Philippines due to rapid urbanization, increasing employment by the BPO sector, disposable income, surging OFW remittances and growing real estate investments providing growth in the appraisal/valuation industry. Aviso continues to thrive and stand out from the norm of the Philippine appraisal industry by taking advantage of new technologies and has no plans on slowing down.
