MANILA – Century Properties Group said on Monday it signed a P1-billion loan with BDO Unibank for the company’s 26-hectare housing projects in Tanza, Cavite.
Century Properties said its mass housing unit, PHirst Park Homes, secured the loan as well as end user financing for its Tanza properties, which will have a total of 2,877 housing units.
Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2018 with the first 878 homes ready for turnover in the third quarter of the same year, the company said.
