CONTINUING its legacy of creating integrated, master- planned, mixed-use and sustainable communities, Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) now draws focus on its newest estate catering specifically to the dynamic lifestyle of Quezon City.
Five years after its groundbreaking announcement, Ayala Land, in partnership with the Quezon City government and the National Housing Authority (NHA), officially opens Vertis North, with the completion of the first phase of the development highlighted by the simultaneous launches of Ayala Land’s five major brands
Combined with TriNoma, the 45-hectare estate is envisioned to offer a complete mix of uses that includes high-rise residences catering to people in different life stages, hotels, retail establishments and corporate offices. At the center of the entire project is an expansive multifunctional garden more than twice the size of a football field.

What makes Vertis North stand out from other central business districts, however, is that it was specifically master-planned to be the center of convergence. The different facets of the distinct QC urban lifestyle, from business, lifestyle and entertainment, combine to define a unique metropolitan destination, strategically located to be accessible via major thoroughfares.
Complementing and enhancing the district’s active atmosphere, Seda Vertis North will be the chain’s first five-star hotel, mirroring the premier offerings within the development, demonstrated through the brand’s homegrown aesthetic and distinctive architecture and hospitality. Seda Vertis North is set to offer 438 rooms and become one of the top hotels in Quezon City, catering to both business and leisure travelers, with its carefully curated tmix of amenities and dining and leisure destinations.
On the residential front is Vertis North’s first residential condominiu—Avida Towers Vita. Launched in 2013, the three residential towers are already sold out.
Thus, recently, Avida launched Avida Towers Sola, which has a land area of 7,000 square meters and will rise as the sequel to its successful predecessor. The project offers diverse spaces for every urbanite’s need—from Studio, one- bed room and two-bed room units, located in front of the 2-hectare Vertis Gardens with turnover scheduled for December 2020.
