PROPERTY APPRAISER/VALUER (RE/ME)
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical) or equivalent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct ocular inspection of all types of Real Property, Plant and Equipment, Vehicles, etc
- Preparation of the valuation reports.
- Gathers sufficient data/information required to establish a reasonable value of the property being appraised.
- Perform other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one (1) year experience in property valuation specializing in Machinery and Equipment (M&E) and Real Estate (RE) appraisal.
- Adept in MS Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Willing to travel to various destinations in the Philippines.
- Licensed Real Estate Appraiser is a plus.
- Analytical thinker.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commitment to company policy and appraisal code of conduct with integrity and professionalism.
